6. Website analytics and advertising
We use optional analytics technologies to understand which pages people visit, how they navigate the website, whether calculators and application journeys work as intended, and where technical errors occur. With your choice, we use Google Analytics and PostHog for website analytics. We may also use Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure campaigns, build limited website audiences and show relevant BaseRate advertising. These technologies are disabled until you make a choice through our privacy controls.
Analytics events are designed to exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, free text and raw form contents. Financial values used for aggregate reporting are grouped or rounded. We do not send form, credit or financial details to advertising platforms. If session replay is enabled after privacy review, form inputs are masked and secure journey content is excluded. Google, Meta and PostHog may process limited technical information outside Australia under their applicable data-processing terms.
You can accept, reject or change optional analytics and marketing choices at any time using the “Privacy choices” control displayed on the website.
